2. Case Sheet Structure
- Demographics: Name, Age, Sex, Occupation, Native place.
- Chief Complaints: In chronological order with duration.
- HOPI: History of Present Illness with negative history.
- Systemic Exam: Inspection → Palpation → Percussion → Auscultation.
